We are currently seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team, focusing on infrastructure development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure projects and the ability to collaborate effectively with our team to enhance our systems. Below are the responsibilities, qualifications, and requirements for this position:

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain infrastructure plans and policies for the organization.
Track, measure, assess, and manage the organization’s infrastructure projects.
Optimize department facilities for maximum efficiency and productivity.
Manage maintenance schedules, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Provide input on facility improvements and upgrades to management.
Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and procedures.
Develop, implement, and maintain the Engineering Team’s software, hardware, and infrastructure.
Lead technical projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and database administration.
Collaborate closely with research and development, operations, and administration teams for needs assessments and project coordination.
Define and implement IT infrastructure and standards.
Research and recommend improvements to existing hardware and software.
Develop and support tracking, monitoring, and reporting tools for metrics.

Qualifications/Skills:

Strong design skills.
Experience in site development.
Proficiency in database design.
Excellent planning abilities.
Strong conceptual skills.
Knowledge of legal compliance.
Proficiency in drafting and LISP.
Effective problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in infrastructure projects and managing multiple projects concurrently.
A degree in Civil Engineering accredited by the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
